Copyrite acquires ABS Digital

Copyrite has recently acquired ABS Digital to strengthen its geographical presence and expand its software and hardware portfolio

Copyrite's growth strategy is on target with 2nd acquisition in 16 months

ABS Digital. based on Romsey, supports customers in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and West Sussex. It was established in 1994 and has been involved with IT services for over 25 years, specialising in SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) solutions. The company has a particular interest in the Public Sector, schools and colleges, local authorities, community services, charities, legal and accounting practices. For larger clients, the support team are often enlisted, to advise and assist the in-house IT department through major migration programmes.

In its continued strategy to diversify and innovate, Copyrite has now acquired ABS Digital. From initial print management solutions, Copyrite has become a total document solutions provider across Document Network Printing, & Photocopiers, Business Software, IT, and Web Design

Copyrite Director, Ian Stewart leads the finance and operations divisions, and is jointly responsible for the partner strategy with Phil Ford. He explained, "Innovation has been the key to our success with customers to date. A strategic plan for growth was defined in 2010 to ensure Copyrite could provide comrehensive and vendor-neutral solutions, focused on cost reduction, improved efficiency and productivity and business growth has been considerable. In addition to enhancing the existing IT and print solutions portfolio, acquisitions have strengthened the Copyrite presence throughout Hampshire, ABS Digital is the second acquisition for Copyrite in 16 months, making it a total of 7"

There is close synergy between the two companies with a key focus on customer service. Both organisations employ highly skilled technical engineers who are directly involved in day to day technical services and customer management.
