Paris Smith LLP case study - A Technology Architecture for the future

Paris Smith LLP is a law firm with a clear vision of the future. A firm that adapts to the ever increasing demands and pressures on businesses and individuals. They are one of the largest independent firms of solicitors in Central Southern England, based in landmark offices in Southampton. Their lawyers provide local, national and international clients with services across a wide range of practice areas and sectors.

Business Challenge:
The firm needed to ensure it's underlying technology infrastructure was appropriate for it's business today and in the future. This needed to be efficient, cost effective, able to scale as the business grows and to facilitate improved working practices.
A key element of this technology infrastructure was Paris Smith's document management, document integration, scanning, printing, and copying capability.

Copyrite architected a solution for Paris Smith based around best of breed Ricoh multi functional devices, Equitrac copy and scanning control and INVU document management. The implementation of this solution has helped Paris Smith achieve significant improvements in productivity and client service, at the same time reducing overall costs to the business.
Key to this programme was the manner in which Paris Smith and Copyrite worked together to ensure the solution was fit for purpose and was eliminated without disruption to the business.

Business Benefits:
Alan Cousins, Practice Director at Paris Smith LLP, commented: "Copyrite worked hard to ensure a successful implementation, and our target benefits look like being exceeded. The Copyrite team are knowledgeable, dedicated and good people to work with. Our decision to work with Copyrite has been a good one"
