Machine Support


Feedback from a recent customer satisfaction survey highlighted that some of you are not aware that you can log printer/copier support calls to us through our website.In the past 12 months we have seen a significant swing towards the web as a means of communicating with us, and we now receive over 20% of all support calls this way.
We love speaking to you all but understand that the web is often an easier way for you to reach us when you are juggling many things at once.
